By using this portal there are certain terms and conditions, where the owner of the portal and it’s colleagues are limited in liability and responsibilities. These will be defined in the articles below.

Terms and conditions:

Article 1

1.1 Institutions, organizations and entrepreneurs that are in conflict with morality or ethics will not be connected nor supported by the www.IzHrvatske.Com team. If we find content that is in conflict with this rule, we will remove the content according to the judgement of the administrator and warn the user. If the same user violates this rule on several occasions, the user will be permanently banned from the community. Institutions,organizations and ntrepreneurs that are in conflict with the Croatian law or Croatian communities, will not be connected. If we find content that is in conflict with the Croatian law, they will be removed according to the judgement of the administrator or on behalf of the advice of the Croatian authorities. If this violation takes place on several occasions the user will permanently be banned from the community. The Croatian authorities have the right prosecute the violator to the maximum extent of the law and is in no way the responsibility of the www.IzHrvatske.Com team nor it’s owner. Because www.IzHrvatske.Com is neutral in it’s politics it has a politically neutral profile. This means that we will not connect political parties for promotion or profiles on the portal. However there is a exception on this rule in the forum where people can give their opinions. However if there is content on the forum that is in conflict with it’s mission to unite the Croatian communities, the administrator will remove the content according to the judgement of the www.IzHrvatske.Com project team.

Article 2

2.1 The owner, employees and  the colleagues of www.IzHrvatske.Com are not responsible nor liable for the published content on this portal by it’s members and will not accept any responsibilities for damages that may be caused because of this in any way. However if there is a good reason why some content should be removed that is not mentioned in the 1st article,  according to the judgement of the www.IzHrvatske.Com project team the content can be removed.

2.2 www.IzHrvatske.Com will do it’s best to watch over the portal according to article 1, but is not obligated to do so. If the connected institutions find content that is in their conflict, a solution can be arranged with the administrator.

2.3 The portal is bound to  the European law.

Article 3

3.1 The owner and the colleagues  of www.IzHrvatske.Com are not responsible for the content that is published on the page of the ministry of foreign affairs of Croatia. The ministry of foreign affairs has the authority to manage the information on this page. This can be done by the ministry of foreign affairs in Croatia or a local authorized Croatian embassy by choice.

3.2 www.IzHrvatske.Com is not responsible for the information that is sent by the automated forms even though we maintain safety precautions. Information on these forms that are illegally obtained by breaking and entering are considered as a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law. If we stumble across these incidents, we will inform the proper authorities.

3.3 If there is a (technical) malfunction on the page of the Croatian ministry of foreign affairs, it is in the mutual interest that the www.IzHrvatske.Com project team resolves this problem,  however the project team is not obligated to do so.

Article 4

4.1 The owner and the employees  of www.IzHrvatske.Com are not responsible for the content that is published on the page of the Croatian Catholic Mission. The principal of the Croatian Foreign Catholic Mission in Zagreb has the authority to manage the information on this page. This can be done by the principal of the Croatian Foreign Catholic mission in Croatia or a by local authorized Croatian Church by choice.

4.2 www.IzHrvatske.Com is not responsible for the information that is sent by the automated forms even though we maintain safety precautions. Information on these forms that are illegally obtained by breaking and entering are considered as an federal offence and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.
